मुरैना 13 सितम्बर 2023/आगामी विधानसभा निर्वाचन 2023 में चुनाव आयोग की मंशा के अनुरूप मतदान करने के लिये जिला प्रशासन के मार्गदर्शन में दिव्यांगों ने रैली निकालकर मतदान करने का संदेश दिया। रैली को जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी डॉ. इच्छित गढ़पाले ने बुधवार को नवीन कलेक्ट्रेट प्रांगण से रवाना किया। दिव्यांगों का एक ही नारा ’’दिव्यांग चले बूथ की ओर-आप भी चलें साथ-साथ। आंधी आये या तूफान-मतदान हम जरूर करें। रैली में यही आवाज सुनाई दे रही थी। दिव्यांगों ने उत्साह एवं उमंग के साथ तख्ती, बैनर लगाकर शहर के प्रमुख मार्गो से रैली को निकाला।
रैली कलेक्ट्रेट से रवाना होकर नेशनल हाईवे, बेरियर चौराह, एमएस रोड़, केशव कॉलोनी, गांधी कॉलोनी, पुराना बस स्टेण्ड के मार्गो से होती हुईरैली पंडित रामप्रसाद बिस्मिल शहीद संग्राहलय पर पहुंची, जहां जिला पंचायत सीईओ डॉ. गढ़पाले ने सभी दिव्यांगों को शपथ दिलाई, कि हम मतदान अवश्य करेंगे। इस अवसर पर नगर निगम कमिश्नर श्री देवेन्द्र सिंह चौहान, जनसम्पर्क विभाग सहित अन्य अधिकारी, कर्मचारी एवं बड़ी संख्या में दिव्यांग अपनी-अपनी ट्रायस्किल से शामिल हुये।
