*प्रशासन के कारण कम मतदान वाले मतदान केंद्रों पर पुनःमतदान कराया जाए*
*बूथों के परिसीमन में गड़बड़ी की गई, जिस कारण मतदान का प्रतिशत कम हुआ*
*टिमरनी से कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी अभिजीत शाह के खिलाफ शासकीय कार्य में बाधा डालने का प्रकरण दर्ज हो*
भोपाल, दिनांक 22/11/2023। भारतीय जनता पार्टी के एक प्रतिनिधि मंडल ने चुनाव आयोग में नरसिंहपुर जिले के नरसिंहपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के 43 से अधिक मतदान केंद्रों पर निर्वाचन अधिकारियों व कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं की मिलीभगत से कम मतदान होने की शिकायत की है। इसके साथ ही कम मतदान प्रतिशत वाले मतदान केंद्रों पर पुनःमतदान कराए जाने की मांग की है। वहीं एक अन्य शिकायत में हरदा जिले के टिमरनी विधानसभा क्षेत्र के कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी अभिजीत शाह व उसके साथियों द्वारा मतदान दल को रोकने पर शासकीय कार्य में बाधा डालने का मामला दर्ज करने की मांग की है।
मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी कार्यालय में सौंपे गए ज्ञापन में भाजपा प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने कहा कि नरसिंहपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने 43 मतदान केंद्रों पर पीठासीन अधिकारी व उनके दल ने कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ मिलकर मतदान कराने में देरी की, ताकि भाजपा समर्थित मतदाता अपने वोट न दे सकें। वहीं भाजपा समर्थक करीब दो दर्जन मतदान केंद्रों पर बूथों को कम किया गया या बूथ बनाने की आवश्यकता के बावजूद बूथ नहीं बनाए गए, ताकि भाजपा समर्थित मतदाता मतदान न कर सकें। कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ मिलकर जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने पूरी चुनाव प्रक्रिया को प्रभावित किया है।
भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के स्पष्ट निर्देश हैं कि कोई भी मतदान केंद्र दो किलोमीटर से दूर न बनाया जाए, इसका भी उल्लंघन किया गया। भाजपा प्रत्याशी की शिकायत पर भी जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने समस्या का कोई निराकरण नहीं किया और कई मतदाताओं को अपने मताधिकार के प्रयोग से वंचित रखा गया। भाजपा ने उक्त सभी मतदान केंद्रों के मतदान को शून्य घोषित कर पुनःमतदान कराए जाने की मांग की है।
एक अन्य शिकायत में भाजपा ने कहा है कि टिमरनी विधानसभा क्षेत्र में मतदान स्थल से ईवीएम मशीन को सुरक्षित लेकर वापस आ रहे मतदान दल को टिमरनी विधानसभा क्षेत्र से कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी अभिजीत शाह और उनके सहयोगियों ने अपने गृह ग्राम खुदीया के चौराहे पर घेर कर रोका। मतदान कर्मियों को धमकाया गया और पुलिस दल मूक दर्शक बना रहा। इस मामले में कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी और उनके सहयोगियों पर शासकीय कार्य में बाधा पहुंचाने का मामला दर्ज करने की मांग की गई है। मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी को ज्ञापन सौंपने वाले प्रतिनिधिमंडल में भाजपा विधि प्रकोष्ठ के प्रदेश सह संयोजक श्री अशोक विश्वकर्मा व अन्य पदाधिकारी शामिल रहे।
