ट्रेन में ज्वलनशील पदार्थ लेकर चलने वालों के विरुद्ध चलाया जा रहा अभियान

संयुक्त अभियान चलाकर पेंट्रीकारों,पार्सल यानों,रिफ्रेशमेंट रूम व कोचों की सघन जांच
नियमों का उल्लंघन करने पर है कठोर सजा का प्रावधान
झांसी मण्डल द्वारा ट्रेन में सफर करने के दौरान ज्वलनशील पदार्थ साथ लेकर चलने वाले यात्रियों के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्यवाही की जा रही है। इसके तहत दिनांक 26.08.2023 से दिनांक 09.09.2023 तक उत्तर मध्य रेलवे झांसी मंडल की विभिन्न ट्रेनों व रेलवे स्टेशनों पर विशेष अभियान एवं औचक निरिक्षण किया जा रहा है | इस जाँच अभियान में रेल यात्रियों को इसके प्रति जागरूक भी किया जा रहा है ।
ज्ञात हो कि ट्रेन में ज्वलनशील पदार्थ लेकर यात्रा करना न सिर्फ जानलेवा है अपितु एक दंडनीय अपराध भी है। रेलवे एक्ट 1989 की धारा 164 और 165 के तहत अगर कोई यात्री ट्रेन में पटाखे,स्टोव,गैस,पेट्रोल जैसे ज्वलनशील पदार्थ लेकर सफर करते हुए पाया जाता है तो उस पर एक हजार रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया जा सकता है। इसके अलावा यात्री को तीन साल की जेल भी हो सकती है। रेल परिसर में अनाधिकृत रूप से गैस या स्टोव जलाना मना है तथा केरोसिन और पेट्रोल अत्यधिक ज्वलनशील पदार्थों के साथ रेल यात्रा करने पर प्रतिबंध है ।
रेलवे के वाणिज्य विभाग और रेलवे सुरक्षा बल ने इस विशेष अभियान में झांसी मंडल के प्रमुख स्टेशनों इत्यादि पर औचक जांच कर यात्रियों को ज्वलनशील पदार्थ नहीं लेकर चलने के प्रति जागरूक किया।
इस अभियान के तहत मंडल के वीरांगना लक्ष्मीबाई झांसी ,ग्वालियर ,बांदा ,महोबा उरई , अतर्रा सहित अन्य स्टेशनों एवं ट्रेनों के सभी कोचों में ज्वलनशील पदार्थ की उपलब्धता की दृष्टि से गहन जांच की जा रही है | अभियान के दौरान रेलवे स्टेशन पर रिफ्रेशमेंट रूम , पेंट्री कार पार्सल वान में बुक वाहनों के फ्यूल टैंकों आदि कि सघनता से जाँच की जा रही है।
